A: No. We arrive early to set up so you get the entire rental time to play.
A: That depends on how many rentals we have that day. Generally, we arrive 1-3 hours before the rental time begins. If we have a lot of rentals that day, we may need to set up as early as 4 hours in advance or even the day before. If this is the case, we will call or text the day before to confirm that someone will be at the party location for delivery.
We have rented some really dirty jumps from other companies in the past. Are they always that dirty?
A: No. The jump should be clean when you get it. Hattiesburg Inflatables cleans and disinfects each unit.
A: Yes, a blower is required for usage and must remain on while in use.

To cancel an event, you must call Hattiesburg Inflatables, LLC at 601-516-5867 to speak with a representative. Email and text message cancellations are not accepted.

- The $50 deposit is nonrefundable.
- If you cancel at least 14 days before your rental date, you will receive a refund of any amount paid over the $50 deposit.
- If you cancel between 2–7 days before your rental date, no refunds will be issued.
- Weather-related cancellations are refunded only as a rain-check (credit) that must be used within 1 year of your order.

Please review the requirements listed for each inflatable before delivery. Make sure your setup area is clean, clear, and level. Some units can weigh up to 650 pounds, so we’ll also need a clear, unobstructed path with plenty of space to safely move the inflatable into place.
Our team will assess your space and choose the safest setup location for both the children and the inflatable. We can set up on grass (our preferred surface and the best option for kids), dirt, asphalt, or concrete. Unfortunately, we cannot set up on rocks or gravel, as the constant rubbing can damage the unit.

You’re responsible for taking reasonable care of the inflatable during your rental, but you’re not responsible for normal wear and tear.
Normal wear and tear can include things like seams loosening or small tears developing over time in high-traffic areas. If you notice any damage like this during your event, please notify us immediately so we can address it as quickly as possible.
However, if damage happens because the safety rules and weight limits were not followed, or due to negligence, you will be responsible for the cost of repairs or replacement. Examples include operating the unit in unsafe weather (such as not turning off the blower during high winds) or allowing prohibited items like silly string on the inflatable. In these situations, costs can be significant and may include replacement of the inflatable and/or blower.
Our goal is to prevent any issues, which is why we review all safety rules with you and require your signature and initials. This ensures you understand the guidelines and can act as the trained operator during the rental.
